Building Part 2

More evidence that Ian likes to build. The window treatment in our bedroom fell down the other day so Trevor borrowed a drill from a friend. Once Ian saw what was inside the big black box he could hardly wait until daddy got home so that they could use the drill. He saw it the night before, but since Jenna was asleep in our bedroom they couldn't do it then so they had to wait until the next night. When Ian woke up in the morning the first thing out of his mouth was "is daddy home, can we use the drill?!" All day long he patiently waited for daddy to get home. As soon as Trevor walked through the door Ian bombarded him and they got to work. I love this picture of them working side by side with Ian on his little chair. Trevor told me last night that he was the same way as a kid - he loved to build, but didn't care much about drawing or coloring. Scary! Like father like son.
