To prove that I can actually bake...

I made some pumpkin muffins with chocolate chips in them on Sunday. Now that it actually feels like Fall around here it seemed like the "thing" to do. They are so yummy! Thanks to Amber for the recipe which you can find here on her blog. Silly me forgot to use nonstick cooking spray until I was about 3/4 of the way done filling up the muffin cups. You could definitely tell which ones had the cooking spray! I'm not a huge fan of pumpkin flavored stuff, I made them more for Trevor, but I really, really like these muffins. I guess the experience reminded me that not all good things come from a Betty Crocker box. :o)
