First Post

I've been reading other people's blogs for awhile now and I figured it was time to start my own. I'm doing this for a few reasons - A) it gives me a place to jot down my random thoughts throughout the day B) my friends and family can keep up with me, if they want and C) it's a way to record stuff for posterity's sake. Some day my children may want to look back and see what was going through my head "back in the day". So, I'm jumping on the bandwagon. Hang on for the ride!
